1. Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial. No charges occur unless the user continues past the trial period.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, without providing a reason, in accordance with Paddle Buyer Terms.
Examples of situations where refunds commonly apply include:
- Service malfunction or failure to access core features.
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges.
- Accidental purchase.
- Not realizing that the free trial had ended and the subscription converted to paid.
3. Refund Process and Fees
During the 14-day refund period, full refunds apply.
Full refunds are processed as complete payment reversals, meaning the full transaction amount is returned and all Paddle fees and processing costs are also refunded.
Partial refunds (prorated amounts) are not supported after the 14-day refund period.
4. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. If cancelled before the renewal date, no future charges will occur.
